 EXCHANGE POLICY:

I ACCEPT RETURNS. ITEMS MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND CUSTOMER MUST PAY RETURN POSTAGE.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDERS, REQUIRE A REFUND OR ANY OTHER ISSUES, THESE WILL BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.

UK: 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS.

NORTH AMERICA: 1- 3 WEEKS

SOUTH AMERICA: 4- 7 DAYS.

EUROPE: 1- 3 WEEKS.

I WILL DO MY BEST TO MEET THESE DELIVERY DATES BUT CAN'T GUARANTEE THEM. ACTUAL DELIVERY TIME WILL DEPEND ON THE DELIVERY METHOD YOU USED AND THE SERVICE OF THAT PARTICULAR AREA.
